A hidden gem in Woolwich.. Hitachi is the best sushi I have ever had with very reasonable price! Freshly made ingredients and very generous portion. I have visited Hitachi at least 4 times and ordered takeaways most of the time. Never disappointed with the food and service! I would definitely recommend this sushi restaurant to all sushi lovers!
I'm blown away by the quality of ingredients in my order. I ordered a salmon poke bowl and miso soup through deliveroo all for 15. I've heard a many good things about this place and it really does deliver in quality and freshness. There was definitely a lot of care and attention put into my bowl. The service was also friendly during pick-up. I'll definitely be coming back for more!
Wonderful little sushi restaurant in the middle of Woolwich despite the unprepossessing exterior. The food is excellent and freshly prepared, and the staff are super friendly. Good selection of sushi, as well as noodle and rice dishes. We dined in shortly after opening time, so it was very quiet.
I'm constantly reminded how GREAT of a hidden gem Hitachi is every time I've visited - if you're after fresh tasting, affordable pricing and friendly service then Hitachi Sushi is the place for you! It always satisfies all sushi cravings as the sushi rolls and nigiri are put together with great expertise and flavour combinations. I've dined in and ordered takeaway and the quality has been immaculate every time - my top 3 favourites are the NY salmon nigiri, seared mackerel nigiri and Hitachi Dragon roll. By far the best sushi in Woolwich!
Had an amazing meal here. Delicate and tasty sushi rolls, also had the salmon poke bowl, miso soup and tako yaki, all were delicious. The chef let us try the seared mackerel nigiri too which was so delicate and flavourful. Truly recommend this place!
I've been here 3 times now, the sushi is always so good and you can tell it's all fresh. Best sushi place I've found in London so far! Great food, great atmosphere and lovely staff!
I ordered them from deliveroo and i decided to visit their shop. The sashimi and sushi rolls are very fresh and tasty! The service is very attentive too. The price of the sushi is also very reasonable and affordable! The interior of the restaurant is also quite cool and funky, it feels like we’re eating in a cyber night club.
Who’d have thought the best all rounder sushi spot in London, would be in woolwich? Ive visited Hitachi 4 times now, and they knock it out the park every single time. The guys running it are super friendly, the fish is fresh and the sushi is made in front of you, and the nigiri and rolls are put together with real expertise and great flavours. Highly recommend for any Sushi fan. You won’t find better for as good of a price. Hats off to Hitachi Sushi!
